We work with many estate agents and auction houses across the UK. If you are looking to bulk up your listings feel free to add our properties to your database.  We can work together in one of three ways:

1. Standard Agency Terms

Send us over your marketing agreement and will will pay you your fee out of the proceeds of the sale. 

2. Buyers Premium

We are happy for you to charge the buyer a premium on top of our asking price and collect this fee from the buyer.  

3. Combination

We are happy for you to do both of the above! 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay any upfront marketing fees, agree to any withdrawal fees and work on a multi-agency basis only. It's winner takes all.
