1. Standard Agency Terms

Send us over your marketing agreement and will will pay you your fee out of the proceeds of the sale. 

2. Buyers Premium

We are happy for you to charge the buyer a premium on top of our asking price and collect this fee from the buyer.  

3. Combination

We are happy for you to do both of the above! 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay any upfront marketing fees, agree to any withdrawal fees and work on a multi-agency basis only. It's winner takes all.

No home reports are needed if you market the properties as a portfolio. Under provision 27 of The Home Information Pack Regulations 2006 it clearly states that the duty to provide a home report do not apply if "the dwelling-house which is or forms part of that property is to be sold with one or more other dwelling-houses".
