NO ELECTRIC TO WHOLE HOUSE
1. Top up electric meter

You may have run out of electric. Go to your meter and check how much credit you have.  If the meter shows a negative amount you will need to top up your electric key.  Take your electric key to your local top up point and add credit to your key.

Watch this helpful video of how to top up your electric meter.

2. Check consumer unit for tripped RCD

It may be that no power is going to the house because the main switch on the consumer unit has tripped. Check that all the RCD switches are pointing in the same direction.

Watch this helpful video to show you how to identify a tripped RCD.

3. Check if main fuse has been removed
Someone may have removed the main fuse to the house.  The main fuse is located near the meter. Watch the video which shows you what most main fuses look like.  If it has been removed contact the National Grid to replace it.
